A Season For SAD

Fine. FINE.I give. Despite the fact that it was sunny and 70 yesterday it’s officially SAD lamp season.

I don’t know why I’ve been reluctant to admit it, but as I was driving to work and it was gray and snowing I couldn’t deny it anymore. It’s time to put the lamp back into rotation.

I got this one last year for Christmas and I love it. The ions make it smell like it’s raining, which is just one of my favorite smells ever.

So, I’m dragging it out when I get home and I’ve loaded up on fish oil.

I’m ready for you, gray Indiana Winter.
